This policy applies to the Ismeron website, an informational project about personal finance. It explains what the site does, and does not do, with information about the people who visit it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

The site uses no JavaScript and loads no fonts, scripts or other resources from external services. All images and styles are served from the site itself.
For the secure operation of the site, the hosting provider may process standard technical log data (IP address, time of the request, the page requested, status code and browser identifier). This information is used only to keep the site available and secure and is kept for a short period before deletion.
Ismeron sets no cookies. For that reason, no cookie-consent banner is shown.
If you choose to write to Ismeron, you do so voluntarily. Your message and the email address it is sent from are used only to read and, where appropriate, reply to your message. They are not used for unsolicited communication and are not shared with third parties. You may ask at any time for your correspondence to be deleted, by writing to the same address.
Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent us, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa). If the way the site works changes, this page will be updated beforehand. For any privacy question:
